To make bubbles, lay the slime flat on a table or flat surface, insert a straw and blow. You should now be able to stretch and play with the slime. The oil is not necessary, but helps keep the slime from sticking to your hands. Finally we added a few drops of body oil (any kind of oil will do).We used about 2 TBSP of contact solution, but just keep adding until the slime stops sticking to the side of the bowl. Then add eye contact solution (we used Target Up & Up brand Multi-Purpose solution).Mix these ingredients until full mixed and color is solid.Start by mixing the glue (1/2 cup) and baking soda (1/2 tsp) and food coloring (if you want your slime to be a specific color).MATERIALS NEEDED TO MAKE SLIME BUBBLES: (affiliate links): They had the best time and didn’t even realize they were developing their oral motor skills!īefore starting this activity, check out our video to see Slime Bubbles in action: Slime Bubbles 💡 ages 4+ 💡 Today we made our favorite slime recipe and then I gave the boys some straws and let them blow bubbles in the slime.
